- 3 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger scant
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg heaping
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, measure out all spice ingredients. Whisk until combined, using bottom of whisk to break up any clumping spices.
- Store in airtight container, up to 6 months.
