- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons chives dried
- ½ teaspoon dill dried
- ½ teaspoon parsley dried
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup buttermilk
Instructions
