Ingredients

  • ½ cup buttermilk powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Mix until well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Approximately three tablespoons of this mix equal one package of store-bought ranch dressing mix.
  • To make ranch dressing, combine 3 tablespoons of this mix with 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, ⅓ to ⅔ cup milk (depending on how thick you’d like your ranch), and juice of half a lemon (optional). Stir well, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  • If you aren't a fan of mayo, you can mix 3 tablespoons of this mix with 2 cups of sour cream instead!
