Homemade Root Beer

Ingredients

  • 16 cups cold water
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons root beer extract
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pound Dry Ice broken into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a large drink dispenser or container, combine the cold water, granulated sugar, root beer extract, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved and no granules remain.
  2. Carefully add the broken chunks of dry ice to the mixture. Stir gently to activate the carbonation.
  3. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • Safety Warning: Do not consume dry ice directly. Ensure chunks of dry ice are not served in cups.
