Homemade Root Beer
Make a big batch of homemade root beer with just 5 ingredients for a magically fun drink that can wow a crowd!
Ingredients
- 16 cups water cold
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons root beer extract
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pound dry ice broken into chunks
Instructions
- In a large drink dispenser or container, combine the cold water, granulated sugar, root beer extract, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved and no granules remain.
- Carefully add the broken chunks of dry ice to the mixture. Stir gently to activate the carbonation.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
- Safety Warning: Do not consume dry ice directly. Ensure chunks of dry ice are not served in cups.
