Homemade Salsa Recipe

This Homemade Salsa pairs diced tomatoes with garlic, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro for a fresh and mildly spicy condiment. Lime juice adds brightness while cumin and sugar balance the flavors. The ingredients are blended or pulsed to desired texture for serving with chips or as an accompaniment. The salsa stores well in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
