Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground anatto seeds (achiote) or turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons of this mix equals one packet of commercial sazon.
