Homemade Shamrock Shakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 cup milk *whole milk is best
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • green food coloring *add until desired shade is reached
  • toppings of choice (whipped cream, cherries, sprinkles, chocolate syrup)

Instructions

  1. To your blender, add the vanilla ice-cream, milk, mint extract, and food coloring.
  2. Place lid securely on top and pulse until well combined. If shake is too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add additional ice-cream.
  3. Pour mixture into 2 glasses and top with desired toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
