Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or balsamic)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
