- 2 teaspoons cornstarch , optional
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt , to taste
- 1 teaspoon light brown or granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
