Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small jar and stir or shake to combine.
  2. Store in a cool, dry place.

Notes

  • About 2 tablespoons of this mix is a substitute for a packet of taco seasoning. It makes just over 4 tablespoons, so I will just use half of the mix for 1 pound of ground beef.
  • For recipes that call for one packet of taco seasoning, sub in 2 generous tablespoons.
