Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon minced white onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 to 4 dashes Tabasco sauce optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, relish, minced onion, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and dried dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add Tabasco sauce if using and stir until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- We’ve kept this recipe super basic, but if you like capers in your tartar sauce, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of drained capers.
