Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp ginger fresh ground
Instructions
- In a medium-sized pan over medium heat, whisk all the ingredients together until well-combined.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the sauce from heat and allow it to cool at room temperature.
- Refrigerate the sauce until you're ready to use it. Enjoy!
