Homemade Tigernut Butter (AIP, Nut Free)
This Homemade Tigernut Butter recipe is smooth, creamy, and slightly sweet. This makes a great AIP and nut free snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Tigernut Flour
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a small food processor, blender, or container suitable for an immersion blender.
- Blend until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
