- 1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- Dash of cayenne
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the salt, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne.
- Rub the spice blend evenly over the turkey and under the skin.
