Homemade Vanilla Chai Mix
This homemade vanilla chai mix blends powdered milk, vanilla-flavored coffee creamer, spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and optional star anise and garam masala to create a fragrant, sweetened powder. It can be prepared in bulk and stored to dissolve easily in hot milk, producing a creamy vanilla chai latte with warm spice notes and a balanced sweetness. This mix allows customization of chai strength and flavor at serving.
