This homemade Za'atar seasoning recipe is a popular Middle Eastern spice blend made from toasted sesame seeds, dried thyme, oregano, marjoram, and sumac.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white sesame seeds toasted
- 2 tablespoons sumac ground
- 2 tablespoons oregano dried
- 1 tablespoons thyme dried
- 1 tablespoon marjoram dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
