Ingredients

  • 16 oz fat free cottage cheese
  • 7 oz Mt Vikos feta cheese in brine, drained
  • 1/4 cup honey (2 fl oz)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (32 grams)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (0.5 fl oz)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, and salt to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, then spoon into a flat, wide bowl.
  2. Top whipped feta cheese mix with honey and chopped pistachios. Serve with toasted baguette or pita bread.
