Ingredients

  • 2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
  2. Slice 2 Banana in half and put into an oven proof dish.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon Honey over them and sprinkle 1 pinch Cinnamon on top.
  4. Put into the oven for 15 minutes.

Notes

  • The length of time the bananas take too cook depends on how ripe your bananas are to begin with and how soft you like them once cooked.
  • You can bake them skin on, and then scoop the banana out when eating.
  • If you want to make these lower in calories, then leave out the honey. The bananas will still be soft and gooey, but not as caramelised or as sweet.
  • Serve with ice cream, yoghurt, or put on porridge for breakfast.
