- ⅔ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt

Instructions

- Shake the jar vigorously for about 30 seconds until the dressing is well emulsified and slightly thickened.
