Honey Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms
Honey Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms are sautéed in the most incredible honey balsamic garlic sauce. This makes an excellent topping for steak or chicken or is even great as a side dish!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 16 ounces mushroom whole or sliced
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 teaspoons garlic minced
- parsley for garnish, chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add 16 ounces whole or sliced mushrooms and season with salt,t and ground black pepper, to taste. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the mushrooms start to become tender.
- In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup balsamic vinegar,1 tablespoon honey, and 4 teaspoons minced garlic. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, until the sauce reduces and the mushrooms are tender.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
