Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Maille Honey Dijon Mustard with Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken breast tenders with salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix together olive oil and mustard.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture on each of the chicken tenders.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
