Honey Banana Bread
Honey Banana Bread blends wholemeal and self-raising flours with ripe mashed bananas, honey, cinnamon, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to create a moist, tender quick bread. The mix's natural sweetness from honey and bananas, along with warm cinnamon, yields a soft crumb with a gentle spice. Baking at 180°C produces a loaf with a golden crust and fragrant aroma. This banana bread offers a wholesome snack or breakfast option with possibilities for nut or dried fruit additions.
