Honey Bourbon Steak Tips
These Honey Bourbon Steak Tips are slow-cooked to perfection in the crockpot. They are tender and juicy steak bites coated in a sweet and savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. steak cut into bite-size pieces (sirloin, London broil, chuck roast, or stew beef)
- ¼ cup bourbon
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup soy sauce lite
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak bites quickly. You just want to get a little color on the outside, we are not looking to cook the meat through. Add the steak to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl combine worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, lite soy sauce, bourbon, garlic, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the sauce all over the steak bites.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the steak bites are fork tender. Serve!
