Honey Butter

Perfect for slathering on homemade biscuits or rolls, this Honey Butter is going to be something that you always want in your refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place the butter in a bowl and whip for 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Add the honey, powdered sugar, and salt. Continue to beat until fully combined.
  3. This can be served right away, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let it set up a bit.

  • This honey butter will remain spreadable, even after being refrigerated. It will firm up some, but still keeps a great texture.
