Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salted butter melted
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 4 ears shucked corns
- Lime wedges for garnishing
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, lime juice, and cilantro. Stir to mix well. Generously rub the mixture onto the corn, and reserve the remaining mixture for grilling.
- Preheat an outdoor BBQ and transfer the corn to the grill. Grill for 10 minutes, or until both sides are cooked through, turning the corn occasionally to ensure even cooking. Brush the remaining mixture onto the corn and continue grilling until they are slightly charred.
- Serve the corn immediately with lime wedges. Squeeze some lime juice over the corn before eating.
