Honey Chicken
Honey Chicken features chicken breast tenders coated in a light batter made from all-purpose flour, corn starch, baking powder, and sesame oil, then fried until golden brown. The chicken is finished by cooking briefly in a sweet and tangy sauce composed of ketchup, sugar, honey, soy sauce, and water.
