Honey Chipotle Wings

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds wings patted dry with a paper towel
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • honey chipotle sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a ziplock bag, add the wings. Add the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and shake to coat evenly. Place them on your prepared baking sheet.
  3. Prepare your honey chipotle sauce.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until crispy and no longer pink.
  5. Toss the wings in honey chipotle sauce and serve.
