Honey Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds Shrimp peeled, de-veined, and tails removed if desired, large or jumbo
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon lime fresh squeezed juice
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons garlic minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and garlic.
  2. Add shrimp to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic sauce.
  3. Bring sauce to a boil, stirring shrimp occasionally, until shrimp is fully cooked and sauce has thickened, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you want to make a lighter version, you can cut the sauce ingredients in half. I like to make the recipe as written and serve the shrimp and extra sauce over rice!
