Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
Make this easy honey dijon vinaigrette when you need creamy, dairy-free, 4-ingredient salad dressing that's ready in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon honey maple syrup or agave for vegan
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- salt to taste (scant ½ teaspoon)
- ⅛-¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients except for the oil; then, while whisking, drizzle in the oil until combined. Alternatively, add all the ingredients to a jar and shake really well until emulsified. Be sure to taste test for salt levels, and enjoy!
- Toss on a salad immediately before serving. Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Serving Size: will depend on how much you use per salad, the recipe makes around 8 tablespoons total (1/2 cup).
