Honey Glazed Salmon with Sesame Seeds

If you like honey butter, then you will love this Honey Glazed Salmon. Slightly sweet with an Asian flair, then topped with sesame seeds!

Ingredients

  • 24 oz salmon 4 portions 6 oz each, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds for garnish, optional
  • parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Dab each salmon filet with paper towels to dry and place on the prepared baking sheet. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, stir butter, honey, oil, salt, and pepper together until smooth. Spread a thin layer of honey butter mixture over each piece of salmon and bake for 10-12 minutes or until barely cooked.
  4. Top with sesame seeds and parsley if desired and serve immediately.
