Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa, tri-color
- 1 ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 diced mango
Honey Lime Glaze
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse and prepare 1 cup uncooked quinoa, according to the package instructions. Let the quinoa cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, 1 ½ cup sliced strawberries, 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup blueberries, and 1 diced mango.

- In a small bowl combine ¼ cup honey and 2 tablespoons lime juice and whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the fruit salad and toss to coat.
- Garnish with 1 tablespoon chopped basil, and enjoy!
