Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) salmon
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lime wedges
  • parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper. In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and lime juice, stirring to combine well.
  3. Heat a skillet with the olive oil. When it's hot, add the salmon and cook for a couple of minutes. Pour the honey mixture into the skillet, spooning the honey lime sauce over the salmon.
  4. Finish by roasting the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
