Ingredients
- 2 lbs drumsticks about 8
- 2 tbsps whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsps yellow mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ⅓ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper ground
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Taste, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray, and place drumsticks in the dish.
- Pour half the sauce over drumsticks.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn drumsticks over, pour other half of the sauce over top, Bake for another 20 minutes, turn, spoon sauce and juices over the top.
- Bake for 10 - 15 additional minutes until sauce reduces and the drumsticks cooked through, golden, and saucy.
- Remove from the oven and serve.

Notes
- Unless preparing as a keto dish, cornstarch should not be skipped, as the chicken will release juices, and the sauce will be too thin. If preparing keto, a guar gum slurry can be used.
