Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup light olive oil or another mild-flavored oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well blended and creamy. Taste and adjust with additional honey, salt, or pepper if necessary.
  2. Keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Notes

  • Use a natural and raw honey rather than artificial for the best flavor.
  • Try adding in some minced garlic or dried herbs and spices for a different flavor.
  • Instead of whisking, you can add the ingredients to a mason jar and shake well, so that there's no clean up!
