Honey Mustard Dressing
Create a delicious, creamy Honey Mustard Dressing that's perfect for salads, or used as a dipping sauce. This easy 6 ingredient recipe can be mixed up in just 5 minutes for a tasty homemade salad dressing that's healthy, gluten free, and so much better than store-bought!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Add the dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to a mason jar. Cover and shake the ingredients together.
- Add the olive oil, cover again and shake to combine. You can also add the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk them together, instead of using a mason jar.
Notes
- The ingredients used in this recipe are gluten-free and dairy-free. To make this recipe vegan, replace the honey with maple syrup.
- Store the honey mustard dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container with a tight-fitting lid. Before using the dressing, shake it up in the container it’s stored in, or open the container and stir the dressing.
