Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
