Ingredients
- 2 pounds yukon potatoes , quartered
- 1/4 yellow onion , minced
- 1/3 cup butter melted, unsalted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder dry
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients together then pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender, stirring three times throughout the cooking time.
