Ingredients

  • 2 pounds yukon potatoes , quartered
  • 1/4 yellow onion , minced
  • 1/3 cup butter melted, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together then pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender, stirring three times throughout the cooking time.
