Honey Mustard Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 salmon fillets 4-6 oz each

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a 9x13-inch baking dish in a single layer. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the fish reaches about 145ºF or when it flakes with a fork, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
