Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a resealable glass jar and shake well, or in a bowl and whisk well. Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
  2. Serve over salad greens immediately or store in an air-tight refrigerated container for up to 10 days.
