Honey n' Brown Sugar Bourbon Beef

Ingredients

  • ½ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup melted honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3-4 pounds blade or chuck roast

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients and pour over the roast.
  3. Cook on low 8-9 hours or high 6-7 hours until the roast pulls apart easily and the fat has mostly dissolved.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
