- ¼ cup honey (for an XO) OR Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey or Homemade Honey (for an S)
- ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Super Sweet Blend
- 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon mineral salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin (optional)
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together all of the ingredients except the oil. Gradually pour the oil in, whisking briskly, until the dressing is thoroughly mixed.
- Stir prior to serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
