Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey (for an XO) OR Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey or Homemade Honey (for an S)
  • ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Super Sweet Blend
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon mineral salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin (optional)
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients except the oil. Gradually pour the oil in, whisking briskly, until the dressing is thoroughly mixed.
  2. Stir prior to serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
