Honey Roasted Carrots Air Fryer
What’s not to love about this honey roasted carrots air fryer recipe? Carrots are roasted in the air fryer without a par boil, the carrots cook fast, then they are loaded with a honey glaze before the final air fry.

Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots
- 1 Tbsp Clear honey
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp heaped Dried Thyme
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Peel the carrots and then chop them diagonally into thick slices.
- Place the carrots into a mixing bowl with your oil and seasonings. Mix well with your hands.
- Tip the carrots into the air fryer basket and spread them out.
- Air fry the carrots for 25 minutes at 180c/360f or until the carrots are fork tender.
- When fork tender, transfer the carrots back to the bowl and pour in the honey. Then use a wooden spoon to mix the honey into the carrots.
- Tip the honey carrots into the air fryer basket and air fry for a further 5 minutes at the increased temperature of 200c/400f.
- Then transfer to a favourite serving dish and serve warm.
