Honey Soy Sauce Chicken Bento

Sweet and flavorful honey soy sauce chicken bento with sauteed cabbage, Tamagoyaki, tomatoes, and fresh fruits. Enjoy with onigiri.

Ingredients

  • onigiri (rice ball)
  • honey soy sauce chicken
  • Tamagoyaki (Easy Version) (1 egg + 1 tsp sugar)
  • green cabbage (shredded)
  • Diamond Crystal kosher salt (for taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (for taste)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • blueberries
  • plums
  • grapes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Make onigiri and tamagoyaki and let cool completely. and let it cool.
  2. In the same flying pan, heat oil to sautee shredded cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a silicon cup.
  3. In the same pan, reheat leftover honey soy sauce chicken until it's warm thoroughly.
  4. Wash mini tomato and fruits and cut them if necessary.
  5. Start packing cooled foods into bento box.
  6. Cool down completely before closing the bento box.
