Honey Sriracha Sauce Recipe
Honey sriracha sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for everything from vegetables to chicken wings. This spicy sauce comes together with just a few simple ingredients and will quickly become your new favorite sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat
- Whisk together and continue stirring as it heats
- Bring it to a boil and then turn it down to a simmer.
- Simmer gently for 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. It will start to thicken slightly.
- Remove from the heat and allow it to cool. It will continue to thicken more as it cools down.

Notes
- Can add to variety of items for either dipping or as a "honey sriracha glaze": shrimp (honey sriracha shrimp), vegetables like brussel sprouts to make sriracha honey brussel sprouts, on top of meatballs (link to turkey meatballs) for some honey sriracha meatballs, to your favorite wings (I like these crispy air fryer wings) for some honey sriracha wings.
- Use it to make sriracha mayo
- Control the heat by lowering or increasing the amount of sriracha
