Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cup whole milk yogurt (not Greek-style), I used Brown Cow Cream Top
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, salt, and vanilla, until smooth.
  2. Add the cream, and whisk until combined. If possible, chill the mixture until cold.
  3. Pour your chilled mixture into an ice cream machine, and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Spread the ice cream into a freezer safe container and freeze for several hours to allow it to firm up before serving.

Notes

  •
  • For best results, chill your mixture for a couple of hours before processing in your ice cream machine.  Shorter freezing time = a less icy frozen yogurt.
