Honey Walnut Shrimp

This dish features lightly battered, golden-fried shrimp combined with candied walnuts coated in a creamy, sweet honey mayonnaise sauce. The walnuts are quickly boiled in a sugar syrup for gloss and crunch, while egg whites and rice flour form the batter for frying the shrimp to a crisp finish. The sauce blends mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, rice vinegar, and honey for a rich yet tangy coating that brings the components together with a balanced sweetness and texture contrast.
