Horseradish Sauce
Homemade horseradish sauce is incredibly easy to make and ready in 5 minutes! It's the perfect creamy condiment for prime rib, steak, roast beef sandwiches and so much more!

Ingredients
- 1 cup (240g) sour cream
- 5 tablespoons (75g) prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons (30g) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15g) Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with beef such as prime rib. Enjoy!
