Horseradish Sauce

Creamy, tangy, and a little bit spicy, this homemade horseradish sauce pairs perfectly with prime rib, steak, or beef tenderloin.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Serve with beef, steaks or even fries for dipping.

Notes

  • Store in a mason jar in the fridge. 
  • Will last up to 4 weeks, stir before each use.
