Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2.5 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
To Make a Cup
- grated chocolate and mini marshmallows for garnish, if desired
- 8 ounces milk see notes below
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well in large bowl. Sift if larger chunk exist.
- To serve, add 1-2 tablespoons to mug. Add hot water or hot milk.
- Garnish, if desired with marshmallows and shaved chocolate.

Notes
- Sometimes powdered sugar and cocoa powder will get fine lumps. If this is the case, sift them.
- Decorate jars for gifting.
- Write directions for the recipients.
- The mix will last for years in canning jars.
- Use milk, cream or water to make a cup of hot chocolate.
- To make the recipe dairy free. Omit the nonfat dry milk. When writing directions suggest making with any nut or non dairy milk.
